The reaction mixture is passed through celite, washed with dichloromethane/methanol (1:1, 25 ml), the filtrate is concentrated and purified by silica column using (230-400) mesh to get the product as yellow solid (0.25 g, 49.61 percent); TLC: chloroform/methanol (9.5/0.5) Rf- 0.4; LCMS: Mass found (M+, 223.0) Method: A-0.1percent TFA in H2O, B-0.1percent TFA in ACN: Flow - 2.0 ml/min. Column: XBridge?8 (50 X 4.6 mm, 3.5 pm), +ve mode Rt (min): 1.67 area percent -99.35 (Max).
