REVIEW Tozasertib (MK 0457; VX 680) is a synthetic, small-molecule pan-Aurora kinase inhibitor, mostly against Aurora A and less potent towards Aurora B/Aurora C with potential antitumor activity. It binds to and inhibits Aurora kinases, thereby inducing apoptosis in tumor cells in which AKs are overexpressed.
