REVIEW Nelarabine is a purine nucleoside-based chemotherapy drug used in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It is converted to its corresponding arabinosylguanine nucleotide triphosphate (araGTP), resulting in inhibition of DNA synthesis and cytotoxicity.
