1. TNPP is a heat-resistant processing antioxidant and a general-purpose phosphite stabilizer.
2. Can be used in many polymers, such as HDPE (high density polyethylene), LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), SBR (butadiene rubber), ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-ethylene copolymer), PVC and other polymers.
3. TNPP is a stabilizer with high purity, low density and low free nonylphenol content, which can improve the color and processing stability of polymers during regeneration, drying, blending, processing and use.
4. The use of TNPP in combination with other stabilizers can have a synergistic effect.
5. In the process of regeneration and compounding, it can be added to the base material (polymer) alone or together with the monomer or mixed in the antioxidant emulsion.
6. It has no effect on the color of the product, and is widely used in white and bright-colored products. It can improve the heat resistance and oxidation resistance of rubber and plastic products, and can prevent the resinization phenomenon in polymer manufacturing and storage. It can inhibit the phenomenon of gel formation and viscosity increase, and can prevent the thermo-oxidative aging and yellowing of rubber and plastic products.
