Application: Thiomorpholine is soluble in methanol, acetone, benzene and ethylene glycol. Thiomorpholine is a typical secondary amine, which has the properties of inorganic acids and can form salts; it has the properties of organic acids and can form salts and amides. Therefore, it is an important organic chemical raw material, and a series of fine chemical products can be prepared from it. 1. It can be used as a vulcanization accelerator. Using thiomorpholine as raw material, a series of rubber vulcanization accelerators can be synthesized. 2. It can be used as accelerator NOBS2-(4-morpholine thiol) benzothiazole]. Thiomorpholine and Chemicalbook accelerator mercaptobenzothiazole M) were oxidized by sodium hypochlorite to generate accelerator NOBS2.(4-morpholine mercapto)benzothiazole]. 3. It can be used as accelerator NOBS. Thiomorpholine is a delayed-acting vulcanization accelerator widely used in the rubber industry, mainly used in the manufacture of tires, inner tubes, rubber shoes, tapes, etc. 4. Thiomorpholine is used as vulcanizing agent and accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It can improve the physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance of vulcanizate, and is an excellent vulcanization and accelerator. 5. Thiomorpholine is used as a scorch retarder.
