Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a polymer material with water-soluble chemical substances and acyl groups on its carbon chain. Polyacrylamide, as a lubricant, granule, clay stabilizer, oil repellent, fluid loss agent, and viscosity enhancer, has been widely used in drilling, alkalization, fracturing, water plugging, cementing, secondary oil fields, and tertiary oil recovery. It is an extremely important oil and gas field chemical product.

1. Used for sludge treatment, corresponding PAM models and specifications can be used based on the characteristics of the sludge. Sludge treatment can be carried out reasonably before the sludge enters the filter press. During dewatering, it causes large flocs that do not stick to the filter cloth of the filter press. The filter press does not disperse for a long time, and the sludge cake is thick. The dewatering rate is, and the moisture content of the filter cake is below 80%.

Used for the treatment of domestic sewage, chemical wastewater, and organic chemical wastewater, such as in the fields of printing and dyeing, papermaking, ethanol production, electroplating processes, pharmaceutical factories, distilleries, ironworks, tobacco factories, pharmaceutical companies, and food processing plants.

Used in the paper industry, firstly to improve the retention rate of fillers, colorants, etc. To reduce the outflow of raw materials and environmental pollution to the natural environment; The second is to improve the compressive strength of printing paper (including dry compressive strength and wet compressive strength). In addition, the application of polyacrylamide PAM can also improve the paper's tear resistance and porous structure, changing the visual effect and packaging printing performance. It is also used in food and tea leaf packaging bags.

4. It is widely used in the petrochemical industry, oil fields, drilling fluids, waste sludge treatment, to avoid water channeling, reduce frictional resistance, improve recovery rate, and achieve tertiary oil recovery.

5. Used as a textile desizing agent, the slurry has stable properties, less pulp loss, low textile breakage rate, and smooth nylon fabric.

6. It is used in daily chemical plants to form a moisturizing lotion thickener, emulsion and thickener with lauryl alcohol methacrylate -7 and C13-14 iso chain ethane in the moisturizing facial mask.
