Additionally, Nα,Nα-Bis(carboxymethyl)-L-lysine at 60 nM for 15 minutes inhibited the quinine-induced reduction of Rac1 basal activation in HEK293T cells expressing T2R4 and Ga16/44, but not in wild-type HEK293T cells [2]. |
