FEATURE AND APPLICATION

*JADEWIN DOPO is a cyclic phosphoric acid ester of Phosphorus-Phenanthrene class, which is an organophosphorus heterocyclic compound with high thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and excellent water resistance, and is a reactive and additive flame retardant.

*JADEWIN DOPO is used as a reactive flame retardant for epoxy resins. DOPO reacts with hydroquinone after reacting with epichlorohydrin, and is used as a sealing material for electrical insulating and semiconductor materials to ensure the insulation of electrical appliances and low volatility and pollution; DOPO has good compatibility with ABS and other resins, and is added to form a flame-retardant transparent plastic.

*JADEWIN DOPO is a coloring preventive agent, which can prevent coloring of ABS, AS, PP, PS, epoxy resins, phenolic resins, alkyd resins, surfactants, etc., which are caused by heat, and polyurethane, which is caused by light and heat, by adding DOPO.

*JADEWIN DOPO is used to produce a series of DOPO derivative flame retardants. It is used for flame retardant treatment of polymer materials such as PET, nylon, epoxy resin, urethane, and unsaturated polyester resin.

*JADEWIN DOPO is mainly used in the fields of polyester fiber, polyurethane foam, thermosetting resin and adhesive.
