Product Description:

  Guar gum is a plant gum that can be extracted from the fruit of the carob tree and guar beans. Carob tree is a perennial shrub, mainly growing in the Mediterranean coast, Guar bean is an annual leguminous plant, mainly growing in India, Pakistan and Texas and other desert-like areas, suitable for growing in the day and night temperature difference and sufficient rain, the current use of guar gum is basically extracted from guar bean. After peeling, the mature guar beans are sent to the grinding plant, where they are separated into endosperm flakes, germ and skin by thermochemical treatment.
