| 體外活性 | In a rat model of ulcer margins, daily administration of Clopidogrel (2 mg and 10 mg/kg) significantly reduced the proliferation of gastric epithelial cells induced by ulcers, as well as the expression of the EGF receptor and phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase. In rats with congestive heart failure, Clopidogrel enhanced the phosphorylation of AKT and eNOS, thereby improving vascular endothelial function and the bioavailability of nitric oxide. |
