It is also useful for dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis, as used in shampoos and dermal creams like. Chloroxine has bacteriostatic, fungistatic and antiprotozoal properties. It is effective against Streptococci, Staphylococci, Candida, Candida albicans, Shigella and Trichomonads.
