1,Provide methyl, as methyl donor. Its methyl supply efficiency is 1.8 times that of 50% choline chloride and 2.6 times that of D/L-methionine.

Adding betaine HCl in pig feed can increase the area of eye muscle, reduce the average thickness of pig backfat and improve the lean meat rate and carcass quality. 3,It has feeding inducing activity. Betaine hydrochloride is a quaternary alkaloid, which can stimulate the sense of smell and taste of animals, promote animal feeding, improve the palatability and utilization of bait, increase feed intake and daily weight gain, and is the main ingredient of feed enticement. It has a strong seductive effect on the sense of smell of fish.
