Product Overview

Benzoyl chloride is used as organic synthesis, dyestuff and pharmaceutical raw material to make initiator dibenzoyl peroxide, tert-butyl peroxide benzoate, pesticide herbicide and so on. In terms of pesticides, the new inducible insecticide is Isoxathion (Karphos) intermediate. Benzoyl chloride is an important reagent for benzoylation and benzylation. Most of benzoyl chloride is used to produce benzoyl peroxide, followed by important chemical raw materials such as dibenzoone, benzyl benzoate, benzyl cellulose and benzylamide. Benzoyl peroxide is used as polymerization initiator of plastic monomer, catalyst for the production of polyester, epoxy and acrylic resin, self-coagulant of glass fiber materials, crosslinking agent of silicone fluoroprene rubber. Oil refining, flour bleaching, fiber decolorization, etc.
