Ascorbate glucoside, also known as VC glucoside, scientific name O-A-D-glucopyranosyl-L-Ascorbicacid (2-O-a-D-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbicacid, abbreviated as AA-2G), is a derivative of VC, The relative molecular weight is 33chemical book8.27, and the melting point is 158.5 ~ 159.5℃. Due to the poor stability of VC, easy to be oxidized and other shortcomings, the substitute product of VC is derived, ascorbate glucoside, which can replace VC as acid agent, reducing agent, antioxidant, bleach and stabilizer, and is widely used in cosmetics, food and medicine and other fields.
