| In vitro | As-358 (hydrochloride) (compound 3b·HCl) (0-500 μM) demonstrates inhibitory effects on both EBOV and MARV [1]. In a cell proliferation assay on Vero cells infected with EBOV and MARV, it exhibited significant inhibition over 10 days. The IC50 values were 18.1 ± 9.3 μM for EBOV and 9.1 ± 2.1 μM for MARV, with selectivity index (SI) values of 15 and 31, respectively. |
| In vivo | As-358 (hydrochloride) administered intragastrically at dosages of 0.14-1.08 g/kg in a single dose demonstrated no toxicity in adult ICR mice [1].
