Production method

(1) Tartaric acid is dissolved in water by the action of tartaric acid and ammonium carbonate, and ammonium carbonate isslowly added until the solution is weakly basic to phenolphthalein. Boil for 20-30min. Evaporates on a water bath, rapidlyfilters when a crystalline film appears, cools the filtrate, filters it, and dries the crystals at 40 ° C to obtain the finished product.The yield is 80%.

(2) The reaction of tartaric acid and ammonia in ethanol passes the ammonia gas into the ethanol solution of tartaric acid togenerate an amorphous powder precipitate. Strain, wash with ethanol and ether, and dry to get the finished product.
