Aluminum isopropyl alcohol, also known as isopropyl alumina, English name Aluminiumisopropoxide, abbreviated as AIP. When it is first produced, it is a colorless viscous liquid and condenses into a solid state in 5-10 days. Aluminum isopropyl alcohol on the market is mostly white translucent block, cylindrical small solid or powder, soluble in organic solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, ethanol, toluene, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform (easily dissolved when heated to more than 70℃), it is decomposed in water, has strong water absorption, and is easily decomposed into aluminum hydroxide and isopropyl alcohol.
