簡介
地塞米松（Dexamethasone，簡稱DXMS）是一種人工合成的皮質(zhì)類固醇，可用于治療多種癥狀，包含風濕性疾?。ㄓ⒄Z：rheumatology），某些皮膚病、嚴重過敏、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、義膜性喉炎、腦水腫（英語：cerebral edema），也可能與抗生素合并用于結核病患者。對于腎上腺皮質(zhì)機能不全（英語：adrenocortical insufficiency）的患者須并服具有鹽皮質(zhì)激素的藥物，例如富能錠（英語：fludrocortisone）等等。早產(chǎn)嬰兒使用地塞米松能改善預后。本品通常一天內(nèi)即開始發(fā)揮藥效，藥效可維持約三天左右。 長期使用地塞米松會導致念珠菌癥、骨質(zhì)流失、白內(nèi)障、容易瘀青，或肌肉疲乏。本品的在美國的懷孕分級為C級，需評估用藥成效大于副作用才能給藥；在澳洲則被評為A級，表示本品常用于孕婦，且沒有證據(jù)顯示會對胎兒造成危害。哺乳期間不可服用此藥，本品具有消炎及免疫抑制的效果。 地塞米松于1957年首次合成，并列名于世界衛(wèi)生組織基本藥物標準清單之中，為基礎公衛(wèi)體系必備藥物之一。本品價格低廉，在美國一個月療程通?；ㄙM低于 25 美元。在印度，早產(chǎn)療程一次僅需 0.5 美元。地塞米松在大多數(shù)國家都能輕易取得。
