Usage: Serinol (chemical name: 2-amino-1,3-propanediol) is a pharmaceutical intermediate used as the main raw material for the synthesis of iodopanol (pharmaceutical name: iodoberol). Iodopanol is a non-ionic contrast agent used as a diagnostic reagent for the blood system, lymphatic system, urinary system, and nervous system. It has been widely used in developed countries abroad.
