Description:
Retinoate is a derivative of retinoic acid with a structural formula similar to that of all-trans retinoic acid. Its mechanism of action is similar to that of 13-cis retinoic acid and aromatic retinoic acid, but its side effects are lighter than those of all-trans retinoic acid. Oral administration can regulate and control the differentiation and growth of epithelial cells, inhibit keratinization, reduce sebum secretion, inhibit the keratinization process of keratinocytes, restore abnormal keratinization, inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, and regulate immunity and anti-inflammatory effect.
