Hydroxycyclohexanophenone, chemical name: 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, alias 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, photoinitiator 184 and UV-184, white crystalline powder. Soluble in organic solvents, such as acetone, toluene, methanol, ethyl acetate and other low molecular weight esters, is a highly efficient photoinitiator of UV curing system, mainly used in paper, wood, metal and plastic surface of acrylic varnish coatings UV curing. It has good non-yellowing, and the degree of yellowing of the cured coating is very small even if it is exposed to sunlight for a long time, so it is especially suitable for high yellowing degree of coatings and inks.
