cis-Dinitrodiammineplatinum(II) Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Synthese
The cis form of this neutral salt complex is precipitated when
an aqueous solution of potassium platinum (II) nitrite is treated
with aqueous ammonia.
The starting K2Pt(NO2)4 can be prepared from K2PtCl6
, which
is allowed to react with an excess of alkali nitrite, evolving nitric
oxide.
K2PtCl6 + 6NaNO2 = K2Pt(NO2)4 + 2 NO2 + 6 NaCl
The K2Pt(NO2)4 solution can also be prepared, in a smooth
reaction, from K2PtCl4:
K2PtCl4 + 4NaNO2 = K2Pt(NO2)4 + 4NaCl
To produce the desired complex [Pt(NO2)2(NH3)2], the cold,
filtered solution of K2Pt(NO2)4 is reacted with a stoichiometric
quantity of 20% aqueous ammonia:
K2Pt(NO,)4 + 2NH3 = [Pt(NO2),(NH3)2] + 2KNO2
