曲美他嗪雜質(zhì)I的合成如下:將N-甲基哌嗪溶于THF中,當(dāng)哌嗪完全溶解,滴加2,3,4-三甲氧基芐基氯,回流,攪拌混合物,冷卻,過濾。將濾液在旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)器中濃縮,得曲美他嗪雜質(zhì)I。
