稗草畏為白色結(jié)晶固體，熔點(diǎn)85.7～86.2℃，蒸氣壓0.0119mPa(40℃)，相對(duì)密度1.20(20℃)，水中溶解度0.15mg/L(20℃)，有機(jī)溶劑中溶解度(20℃,g/L): 丙酮454，甲醇21，乙醇33，二甲苯355，乙酸乙酯384。273℃以下均穩(wěn)定。
大、小鼠急性經(jīng)口LD??>5000mg/kg, 大鼠急性經(jīng)皮 LD??>5000mg/kg。對(duì)兔眼睛和皮膚無(wú)刺激性作用，對(duì)豚鼠皮膚無(wú)致敏性。大鼠急性吸入 LC??(4h)>6.52mg/L。大鼠NOEL(2y)0.881mg/kg 。ADI 0.0088mg/kg。
稗草畏可用于：
(1)適宜作物水稻、草坪。
(2)防除對(duì)象 在水田條件下，對(duì)稗屬、異型莎草和鴨舌草的活性高于多年生雜草活性。在旱田條件下，對(duì)稗草、馬唐和狗尾草等禾本科雜草有較高活性。
本藥劑在苗前至苗后早期施藥，使用適期為苗前至2葉期，對(duì)移栽水稻安全。對(duì)一年生禾本科雜草有很高的除草活性，對(duì)稗草的防效更為優(yōu)異。
CYP3A4, hPXR
Pyributicarb, a carbamate-type herbicide, is a potent activator of both CYP3A4 gene and human pregnane X receptor (hPXR). Pyributicarb is found to increase the CYP3A4 reporter activity at 0.1 to 1 μM more strongly than typical CYP3A4 inducer rifampicin. Expression of hPXR-siRNA clearly diminishes the Pyributicarb-stimulated CYP3A4 reporter activity in 3-1-10 cells and decreases the endogenous CYP3A4 mRNA levels in HepG2 cells. Pyributicarb induces luciferase transcription via hPXR at low concentrations in the order of 10 nM. The relative potency of Pyributicarb for hPXR is 8.6-fold that of rifampicin (RIF).
Pyributicarb causes enhancement of CYP3A4 -derived reporter activity in mouse livers introduced with hPXR by adenovirus.
