枸橘苷具有優(yōu)先的抑制血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞增殖的作用，在較低的非凋亡劑量，能夠抑制 HUVEC的遷移、粘附作用，這一差異細(xì)胞毒性及能干擾內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能的特性，符合現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥抗血管生成藥物篩選的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。枸橘苷抑制血管生成的作用在雞胚絨毛尿囊膜實驗中進(jìn)一步得到驗證，實驗結(jié)果顯示化合物對 CAM 血管生成具有良好的抑制作用。初步的機(jī)制研究發(fā)現(xiàn)枸橘苷能夠抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞 VEGF mＲNA 表達(dá)，鑒于VEGF 是腫瘤血管形成的關(guān)鍵因子，這一結(jié)果說明枸橘苷可能通過影響 VEGF表達(dá)實現(xiàn)其抗腫瘤與抑制血管生成的作用。
