Tasquinimod is an orally-active quinoline-3-carboxamide derived from roquinimex, an immunomodulatory quinolone with applications in some cancers and autoimmune diseases. Tasquinimod inhibits tumor angiogenesis and supplements radiation or chemotherapy in animal models of prostate cancer.
